U6/U8 Registration night at the CW Middle School
will be on Monday, February 13th 6 PM – 8 PM

Registration Fees:

U6 and U8 -
RETURNING PLAYERS: $35
NEW PLAYERS: $40
(U6/U8 players may register now but are not required.
registration dates for U6/U8 to be announced in 2012)

MOST U9 & ABOVE SPRING TEAMS ARE FULL, BUT THERE IS STILL ROOM ON SELECT TEAMS. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE REGISTERING FOR U9 AND ABOVE.

2. U9 & Above: Send a digital photo AND a copy of your child's birth certificate to Tony Wirebach @
