Fall Soccer 2010

Unpaid Players:

If we do not receive payment by 7/7, your child will be removed from their current team roster. They will be added back to a team upon receipt of payment. If your child tried-out and made a T2 or T1 team, they will be dropped from that team roster and added to a T3 team upon receipt of payment.

Assistants & Coaches: Risk Management forms needed!

All Coaches and Assistant Coaches must fill in their Risk Management Applications in order for us to make your game day passes. Please do this right away so that we can continue to administer your team’s passes. Do not wait until you are contacted from your head coaches or coaching committee to fill this out. If you intend to help out your child’s team this fall and would like to be able to stand on the player’s side of the field on game day you must complete this process AND send a digital photo to .

For U9 and above players it is CRITICAL that you provide the proper paperwork in order for us to complete your registration...

PLEASE NOTE: a $10 late fee is in effect for Fall Soccer Registration, as of 4/17. You will not be considered on the roster until we receive and confirm PAYMENT and ONLINE REGISTRATION DATA and PAPERWORK FOR U9 and up... For U6 and U8 players, no additional paperwork is required, just registration and payment. For U9 and above: photo, signatures, and more are needed. (Again, see the Fall Registration page and flyer for details.)
