CWYSC Club By-Laws:

Article I: Order of Business

The order of business at all regular meetings shall be as follows:

A. Seasonal Year: The Club's seasonal year will follow EPYSA Seasonal year. (as of 2011,August 1st to July 31st of the following year)
B. Each player registering for a U9 or older team for the first time with CWYSC must produce proof of age in the form of a Birth Certificate or Passport at the time of registration.
C. Team Rosters will be made available to the coaches through the Registrar and the Coaching Committee as needed. Rosters may or may not be made available to the general membership, at the discretion of the Executive Board & Coaching Committee.
D. Each U9 and older player must have an EPYSA "player pass" validated for the present season. Player passes must be kept by the coach and shown to the Referee at each game. Player Passes will be created by the Registrar and provided directly to the coach of that player's team.
E. Each coach must have a validated "coaches pass".
F. All Registration, Paperwork, and Late Fee Deadlines will be determined by the County League (RBJSL), the Club Registrar, and the Executive Board and/or Coaching Committee.
G. Registration does not automatically guarantee a roster spot on any team.
H. CWYSC supports U9 and older teams competing in RBJSL for Fall and Spring Seasons, and State Association approved Tournaments only. Participation in other leagues, venues, or formats is at the parent's and coaches discretion and is without CWYSC support unless specific approval is requested from and granted by the Executive Board.

A. Youth Amateur Players: A youth players one who on Aug 1st of the current season has not yet reached the age of nineteen (19) years. A player show reaches 19 after the date above shall be allowed to complete the season.
B. Age Limits and Roster Limitation
- 1. Age Divisions
  
  Age divisions shall comprise players who are, on the first day of Aug. of the current season (August 1st to July 31st of the following year, following EPYSA guidelines)
  - Under 19
  - Under 18
  - Under 17 et cetera
- 2. Maximum Roster -
  
  CWYSC will follow Division rules set forth by EPYSA and RBJSL.
  - a. "11v11" teams shall be allowed to register no more than 22 players at any given time. (no more than 18 dressed at a game.)
  - b. "8v8" teams shall be allowed to register no more than 14 players at any given time.

Except as provided herein, FIFA "LAWS OF THE GAME" shall apply.

C. Reporting Game Scores:
The coach of each U9 and older team must report all game scores via the league (RBJSL) web site or follow reporting requirements of any other league in which their team is competing.

A. Amendments may be proposed in writing to the Club President at any Executive Board or general meeting.
B. Proposed amendments(s) to the Conrad Weiser Youth Soccer Club by-laws will be read at the next general Club meeting. The proposed amendments(s) may than be voted upon at the next general club meeting. The amendments will be adopted by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of voting representatives in good standing and in attendance.
C. Proposed amendments(s) to the rules not adopted in accordance with paragraph 2. may not be re-introduced until a minimum of nine (9) months has elapsed from the time of original introduction.
